Order Processing times

DOLT orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Pride, July 4th, Market Days or anytime Kim Petras opens her goddamn mouth, orders may take up to 5 business days to process. We appreciate your patience in those trying times for all of us.

Standard Shipping times

We ship from San Francisco. Standard delivery is within Five Calendar Days. You can upgrade to faster shipping for an additional fee at checkout. We provide tracking numbers for orders. If your DOLT should arrive damaged, please email us at admin@dolt.lol with photos of the damaged goods. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us and will send you a new order with replacement DOLT immediately.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to three hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us at +1 631 514 5629 so we can make the changes immediately. Orders cannot be changed after shipped.

Returns & exchanges

Thank you for your DOLT purchase. DOLT accepts returns/exchanges made within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Refunds are issued for merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition with tags intact. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return merchandise. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number. DOLT is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

Shipping for exchanges of an item of equal or greater value are FREE and are issued for merchandise returned in original, unworn, unused, unwashed condition with tags intact. Please include the style and size of the product you would like in exchange for the item originally purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.
